About me

I have been practicing yoga for 20 years, trained as an Anusara yoga teacher and hormone yoga teacher for men. Years of practicing different yoga styles and familiarizing myself with the techniques of hormonal yoga have led me to develop the Get Back program especially for men. My program is based on a combination of joint-gentle movements to activate the body's own energy and its learnable, targeted control by the body.
